Creditors and other persons having claims (pursuant to Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 (WA)) in respect of the estate of the deceased are required to send particulars of their claims to the executor, Carrie-Anne Doherty, of 69 Cuthbertson Drive, Cooloongup, Western Australia, by 7th September 2025. After that date, the executor intends to proceed with the distribution of the estate according to the terms of the will dated 13th February 2025, as granted probate by the Supreme Court of Western Australia on 28 July 2025.
