Acting pursuant to the powers conferred by Regulation 10A of the Navigable Waters Regulations 1958, I hereby cancel notice number MX402 as published in the Government Gazette on 5 November 2010 and hereby prohibit swimming within the following area—mindarie Keys Marina: All waters of the Indian Ocean from High Water Mark (HWM) within and bounded by lines commencing at a point on the western breakwater adjacent to Navigational Aid 653 at position 31° 41.340′ S, 115° 41.870′E.
