Notice is hereby given that the listed prospecting licences are liable to forfeiture under section 96(1)(a) of the Mining Act 1978 for breach of covenant, specifically failure to comply with prescribed expenditure conditions and/or non-compliance with reporting provisions. The applications will be heard by the Warden in Kalgoorlie.
