In the matter of the estate of Audrey Marie Gregson, late of Aigburth Care Home, Manor Road, Oadby, Leicester, United Kingdom, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on the 12th day of April 2019, are required by the executors, Nigel Andrew Shaw Dearman and Craig Lancelot Mitchell to send the particulars of their claim to Messrs Taylor Smart of 1 Regal Place, East Perth in the State of Western Australia, by the 20th day of January 2020, after which date the said executors may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have had notice.
