Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the above named deceased who died on 30 may 2020 are required by the personal representative carolyn elizabeth trevaskis to send particulars of their claims to mount barker legal, [contact details redacted] month following the publication of this notice after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which they then had notice.
