Pursuant to regulation 10A (b) of the Navigable Waters Regulations 1958, I hereby close the following area of water to swimming from Monday 6th March 2023 to Tuesday 4th April 2023 between 6:30 PM and 11:30 PM— Hillarys Boat Harbour— Area of Closure— All waters adjacent to Hillarys Boat Harbour South Beach bounded by a line commencing at the end of Hillarys Boat Harbour Jetty at approximately 31° 49.454' S 115° 44.405' E, thence northeast to approximately 31° 49.437' S 115° 44.414' E (214 metres south of the Dolphin Monument), thence southeast to approximately 31° 49.463' S 115° 44.439' E (57 metres northwest from Three Sheets Restaurant), thence west to a point on the jetty at approximately 31° 49.464' S 115° 44.413' E, thence northwest to the point of commencement at approximately 31° 49.454' S 115° 44.405' E.
