Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 20 september 2013, are required by the trustee of the late ian neville jones c/- latro lawyers of po box 5994, albany, western australia 6332 to send particulars of their claims to them within one (1) month from the date of publication of this notice, after which date the trustee may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which it then has notice.
