In the matter of the estate of Mary Elizabeth Ridley late of Unit 5, 149 Mercury Street, Kewdale in Western Australia, insurance clerk, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 28 June 2023, are required by the executor of care of Fort Knox Legal, P.O. Box 390, West Perth, WA 6872, to send the particulars of their claims to Fort Knox Legal by one month from the publication of this notice after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which she then has notice.
