Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died 11th december 2019, are required by the trustee, roslyn ellen turner mccreadie, of 6/2 loaring street, mandurah. wa, 6210 to send particulars of their claims to her by the day of 19th. october 2020, after which date the trustee may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which she then has notice.
