Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on about 1 july 2016 at 21/76 king george street, victoria park in the state of western australia, are required by the administrator karen marie waring, c/- avon legal suite 7, 9 the avenue, midland in the state of western australia to send particulars of their claims to her within 30 days of this notice, after which date the trustee may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which she then has notice.
