Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 9 october 2020, are required by the trustee, elaine morgan, to send particulars of their claims to her by 22 may 2021 by post c/- morgan alteruthemeyer commercial lawyers and migration agents, 2/4 adelaide street, fremantle, western australia, by email to [email protected] or by telephone on (08) 9336 7511, after which date the trustee may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which she then has notice.
