Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the trustees act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the said deceased person are required by the executor of the deceased’s estate being damien john gray, care of 10 northcote road, armadale, victoria, 3143, to send particulars of their claims to him by 27 april 2025, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
