Pursuant to section 19 of the Heritage Act 2018, the Heritage Council of Western Australia resolved to revoke the delegation instrument published in the Government Gazette on 20 May 2025 and delegate the authority to provide advice under section 74 of the Act to the Manager City Planning or the Team Leader Strategic Planning and Heritage of the City of Fremantle in relation to proposals that would affect P25225 West End, Fremantle.

Requires owners and occupiers of land within the City of Fremantle to undertake firebreak works by 1 November 2026 and maintain them until 31 March 2027.
Amends the City of Fremantle Local Laws relating to dogs, including changes to citations, commencement, application, repeal clauses, definitions, specified dog areas, and various schedule references and penalty tables.
Approves amendment to City of Fremantle Local Planning Scheme No. 4 to insert new clause 4.2.6.
Repeals the City of Fremantle Short Stay Accommodation Local Law 2008.
