This order is made under section 22A(2) of the Petroleum Products Pricing Act 1983 (WA) and may be cited as the Petroleum Products Pricing (Declared Terminals) Order 2023. Declares certain terminals as declared terminals for the purposes of Part IIIA Division 1 of the Act. The Petroleum Products Pricing (Declared Terminals) Order 2014 is revoked.
