Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on the 15th day of October 2024, are required by the executors of the estate of Anne-Marie Therese Forgan of c/- Haynes Robinson Lawyers of [contact details redacted] their claims to them within one (1) month from the date of publication of this notice, after which date the executors may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which it then has notice.
