David Robert Michael, Minister for Mines and Petroleum, extends the exemption originally declared on 16 April 2023 and published in the Government Gazette dated 21 April 2023 for the area described hereunder from Divisions 1 to 5 of Part IV of the Mining Act 1978, for a period of two years expiring on 15 April 2027.
