In the matter of Robert James Davies who died on 26 July 2025, of 37 Litoria Turn, Baldivis, Western Australia, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the said deceased person are required by the Executor of the deceased’s estate being Melissa Anne Davies, [contact details redacted] their claims to her within thirty-one (31) days of the date of publication of this notice, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which she then has notice.
