Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 30 september 2019, are required by the executors, peter john walker and lianne christine carson to send particulars of their claims within one month of the date of publication of this notice after which date they may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
