Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect to the estate of the deceased who died on 10th april 2024 are required by the executor, patrick hanna, to send particulars of their claims to him of [contact details redacted] 6076 within 31 days from date of publication of this notice, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets of the estate, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
