Creditors and other persons having claims (to which s 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died 21 june 2022 are required by the executors, anthony shear and charlene byne care of bowen buchbinder vilensky, [contact details redacted] their claims to them at the address herein within one month from the date of publication of this notice after which date the executors may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
