Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 14 june 2019, are required by the executor, james lonsdale harry formby, to send particulars of their claims to formbys, the solicitors for the executor at po box 369, south perth wa 6951 by friday, 6 december 2019, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets of the estate of the late james roy rout, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
