Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 16 July 2020, are required by the personal representatives, Ernest Keng Boon Ng and Fiona Bee Eng Ng both of 5c Redfern Street, North Perth, Western Australia, to send particulars of their claims to the personal representatives by the 12th day of April 2021, after which date the personal representatives may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
