MP403 PETROLEUM AND GEOTHERMAL ENERGY RESOURCES ACT 1967 INSTRUMENT OF DELEGATION I, William Joseph Johnston MLA, Minister for Mines and Petroleum for the State of Western Australia do by this instrument of delegation pursuant to section 25 of the Petroleum and Geothermal Energy Resources Act 1967 (WA) (the Act)— Delegate my powers and/or functions under the Act (which is incorporated and read as one with the Petroleum and Geothermal Energy Resources (Registration Fees) Act 1967 (WA)) and the regulations made under the Act as specified in the Schedule to persons who for the time being hold or are authorised to act in the positions identified by the position numbers of the Department of Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety of the State of Western Australia listed in relation to the specified sections and regulations in the Schedule. This instrument of delegation does not operate to otherwise prevent the exercise of the powers and/or the performance of the functions herein delegated by myself, as Minister. None of the powers and/or functions delegated by this instrument of delegation can be delegated by the delegate. Dated at Perth this 1st day of April 2019.
