Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates), in respect of the estate of the deceased who died on 29 august 2019 are requested by the executor, geoffrey wayne serjeant care of hhg legal group, level 8, [contact details redacted] 6000, western australia, to send particulars of their claims to the executor at the above address, within 30 days of this notice, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets of the estate, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
