Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 24 january 2024, are required by the joint executors, bradley kevin buckland and sharyn lee trent, to send particulars of their claim to him/her care of po box 1035, midland dc, western australia 6936 by 6 january 2025, after which date the said joint executors may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he/she has notice.
