I, Jared Andrew Barnett, Acting Executive Director Resource Tenure, pursuant to section 19 of the Mining Act 1978, hereby extend the exemption originally declared on 27 November 2019 and published in the Government Gazette dated 06 December 2019 for that area described hereunder from Divisions 1 to 5 of Part IV of the Mining Act 1978, for a further period of two years expiring on 26 November 2027.
