Decision to grant an application submitted by Paspaley Pearling Co Pty Ltd to renew pearl oyster farm leases in respect of an area of water located at Flying Foam Passage, known as Flying Foam Passage A and Flying Foam Passage B. A person aggrieved by this decision may apply to the State Administrative Tribunal (SAT) for a review of the decision within 28 days of publication of this Notice.
