Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the above named deceased, who died on 16th august 2023, are required by the executor, annette patey of 21 rangeview court, maddington, western australia 6109 to send the particulars of their claims to her within one (1) month of the date of publication of this notice after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
