Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 23 august 2018, are required by the administrators of the estate of the deceased of care of macdonald rudder lawyers of 3/109 james street, northbridge, wa to send particulars of their claims to them within one month from the date of publication of this notice, after which date the administrators may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
