Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the above-named deceased, who died on the 14th day of december 2023, are required by the executor, being mr andrew parry, to send particulars of their claims to him at [contact details redacted] publication of this notice, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to claims of which he then has notice.
