Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the above-named deceased, who died on the 14th day of december 2023, are required by the executor, being mr andrew parry, to send particulars of their claims to him at po box 305, maylands wa, 6931, by the date being one month following the publication of this notice, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to claims of which he then has notice.
