William Ross Smee late of [contact details redacted] Western Australia who died on 20 July 2024. Pursuant to section 22 of the Non-contentious Probate Rules 1967 (WA) the beneficiaries in respect of the estate of the deceased are to take notice that Kim Marie Baker intends to apply to the Supreme Court of Western Australia for administration of the estate 30 days from the date of publication of this notice. Kim Marie Baker now requests that the following beneficiaries come forward with any consent or objection to the said application— Debbie Lorelle Tyson, Johnathan O/W Jonathan William Smee, Kylie Anne Smee, Julie Anne Smee. The above beneficiaries are requested to contact Gregson & Associates of Level 11, [contact details redacted] 6000 on or before 30 days from the date of publication of this notice after which the said Kim Marie Baker will apply without any further notice.
