Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of John Thomas Scanlon, who died on 5th of July 2025, are required by the executor of the estate, Corey John Thomas Batty, to send particulars of their claims to him at 7a Dewar Court, Mandurah, Western Australia 6210 by (1) calendar month from the date of publication of this notice, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
