Persons having claims in respect of the estate of Margaret Helen McCormick, late of 7 Marble Road, Byford, Western Australia, who died on 2nd September 2016, are required by the administrator, Paul Anthony McCormick, to send to solicitors for the trustee, Templar Legal Pty Ltd, po box 8243, Subiaco wa 6008, particulars of such claims within 30 days of this notice. After such date, the administrator may convey or distribute the assets of the estate having regard only to the claims of which the trustee then has notice.
