The Minister for Training deems thatβ β’ the existing nominal term (months) full time on the list of Prescribed Vocational Education and Training qualifications be retained except where any nominal term differs as specified in a Fair Work Commission industrial instrument relating to that occupation. An apprentice employed under a Fair Work Commission industrial instrument must state the nominal term identified in the industrial instrument on the training contract; [truncated]
