The Minister for Training deems that— • the existing nominal term (months) full time on the list of Prescribed Vocational Education and Training qualifications be retained except where any nominal term differs as specified in a Fair Work Commission industrial instrument relating to that occupation. An apprentice employed under a Fair Work Commission industrial instrument must state the nominal term identified in the industrial instrument on the training contract; [truncated]
