Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of Michael Ronald Ireson, late of 1 Sophia Grove, Roleystone, Western Australia who died on 6 April 2025 are required by the executor, Gregory Doig Burgess of Suite 3, 25 Hamilton Street, Subiaco, Western Australia of this estate to send particulars of their claims to the executor within one month from the date of publication of this notice after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which the executor then has notice.
