The council of the Shire of Serpentine Jarrahdale resolved on 21 June 2021, to make the following local law: Serpentine-Jarrahdale Bush Fire Brigades Local Law 2021. This local law applies throughout the district of the Shire of Serpentine Jarrahdale. The Chief Executive Officer shall prepare, adopt and implement Bush Fire Brigade Operating Procedures.
