Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 20th december 2024, are required by the trustees david tweedie, of 37a glenlyon road, brunswick, victoria, and helen anne schurmann, of 8 scaddan street, wembley, western australia, to send particulars of their claims to them by the 14th day of july 2025, after which date the trustees may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
