Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased who died on 16 march 2014, are required by the administrator, trudie-maree beswick, c/- arns & associates lawyers, [contact details redacted] 6000 (reference: st:34336), to send particulars of their claims to her within one month of the date of the publication hereof after which date the administrator may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which she then has notice.
