Pursuant to regulation 67 of the Western Australian Marine Act 1982, I cancel notice MX401 published in the Government Gazette on 24 December 2010 and restrict the speed of all motorized vessels to 8 knots in the following area: geographe bay: all the waters lying within 300 metres of the foreshore between a line bearing 0 degrees true from the most westerly point of cape naturaliste and a line bearing 315 degrees true from a point 33° 36.642′s 115° 25.380′e at the mouth of the wonnerup inlet, excluding gazetted water ski take off areas, closed waters (motorised vessels) areas and closed waters (all vessels). All coordinates based on gda2020.
