Under section 10A(1)(a) of the Act, it is proposed that the land identified as Lot 509 on Deposited Plan 40063 version 1 cease to be State forest.

Delegates specific powers and duties under the Environmental Protection Act 1986 to various officials within the Authority and the Department of Water and Environmental Regulation, and revokes Delegation No. 52.
