Market rules made by the Minister for Energy. I, Mr Bill Johnston, Minister for Energy for the State of Western Australia hereby give notice of market rules made in accordance with regulation 7(5) of the Electricity Industry (Wholesale Electricity Market) Regulations 2004. These market rules may be cited as the Wholesale Electricity Market Amendment (Reserve Capacity Reform) Rules 2023.
