Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on or about 19 july 2023, are required by the executor, anthony jarvis of c/- opportuna legal, to deliver particulars of their claims to opportuna legal, po box 655, applecross, western australia 6953 within one (1) month from the date of publication of this notice after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
