Minister for Environment, the Hon. Amber-Jade Sanderson MLA gives notice pursuant to Section 22 of the Botanic Gardens and Parks Authority Act 1998, of approval of a revised management plan for Kings Park and Botanic Garden for the period 2021-2026. As a result of public consultation on the draft plan, some amendments were made and the revised plan was approved by the Minister for Environment; Climate Action; Commerce, under Section 21 of the Act on 5 May 2021.
