PL401 PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT ACT 2005 SHENTON PARK HOSPITAL REDEVELOPMENT Improvement Scheme No. 1 Amendment No. 2 File: RLS/1153 It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 122B of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning and Lands approved the abovementioned amendment to the Shenton Park Hospital Redevelopment Improvement Scheme No. 1 on 18 December 2025 for the purpose of realigning the northern boundary of the Improvement Scheme area, thereby excising parts of lots 47, 48 and 49 Orton Road, Shenton Park (the affected lots) from the Improvement Scheme.
