Made under the Medicines and Poisons Act 2014 section 2(b) by the governor in executive council. This proclamation is the Medicines and Poisons Act 2014 commencement proclamation 2016. The Medicines and Poisons Act 2014, other than sections 1, 2 and 14(2), comes into operation on 30 January 2017.
