Made under the High Risk Serious Offenders Act 2020 section 2(1)(c) by the Governor in Executive Council. The High Risk Serious Offenders Act 2020, other than Part 1, section 91 and Schedule 1 Division 2 Subdivision 1 item 1, comes into operation on 26 August 2020.
