Ivy kirby, late of 30 third avenue, mandurah, western australia, deceased. on 26 march 2024 the supreme court of wa granted probate [probate no. 2085/2024] to kim lawrence cooper of 452 ruabon road, busselton, western australia as executor. creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the trustees act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the late ivy kirby, deceased, who died on 7 january 2024, are required by the executor to deliver particulars of their claims to peter may mcauliffe legal, po box 72, busselton, western australia within one (1) month from the date of publication of this notice after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
