Intends to forfeit mining tenements if rent is not paid by February 19, 2020.

In accordance with Regulation 50(b) of the Mining Regulations 1981, notice is hereby given that unless the rent due on the under mentioned mining tenements are paid on or before 19 February 2020 it is the intention of the Minister responsible for the Mining Act under the provisions of sections 96A(1) and 97(1) of the Mining Act 1978 to forfeit such for breach of covenant, being non-payment of rent.
