Colin George Myers, late of Clarence Estate Residential Health and Aged Care, Albany, Western Australia, 6330 deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased who died on 4th August 2020 are required by the Executor, Elspeth Myers, 38 Earl St, Albany, Western Australia, 6330 to send particulars of their claims to her within 30 days of publication of this notice. After which date the Executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which she then has notice.
