Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 29 january 2021, are required by the executor of the estate, thomas brian lawrence, to send the particulars of their claim to capital legal of level 2, 43 kishorn road, applecross wa 6153 within one (1) month of the date of publication of this notice, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
